I am fulfilled by helping people successfully find, buy and sell real estate. My background & career in law, systems, investment publishing and consulting has taught me that understanding and fulfilling client goals is everything!

I am a graduate New Zealand lawyer that initially worked in aviation product liability with celebrity San Francisco lawyer Melvin Belli. I went into private industry, first as lawyer, then in senior marketing, sales and officer roles in technology, start-ups and venture capital companies. My expertise was in customer contact centers and customer relationship management in Texas or California. I was recruited by Arthur Andersen to help sell customer engagement, relationship management and systems integration consulting.  I specialized in publishing and media clients till a client recruited me to lead a business publication.

I became founder, publisher and/or owner of three successful technology and investment publishing companies and over ten separate newsstand titles. Two in New York and one in Phoenix. I founded NEXZUS Publishing Group in 2003 and launched a paid newsstand publication"Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine." PREIM treated single-family resident investment as an asset class, not just a hobby for amateurs. We consulted to a number of major funds. By 2010 PREIM was the magazine of record for the $5 trillion dollar single-family residential rental and investment industry. This led me to work with the majority of Single Family Residential rental funds and major property managers. This magazine was sold in 2015.

As publisher at NEXZUS, I helped initiate and direct development of the Home Depot RenoWalk for automating acquisition, home inspection, identifying tasks needed to optimize market position. This generated a scope of work by craft, hours and materials.  Home Depot RenoWalk V.1 recorded over $500 million in materials sales to the SFR rental and flip investment industry in first 27 months of managing this application. I continue to serve and consult to publishing, specialized marketing and investment systems clients.

My wife and I have lived at the Biltmore since 1982 and in Taliverde since 1997 where I have served on community committees for four terms, a developer political action committee, as well as past vestry & rector search committee. I am former Junior Warden at Christ Church of The Ascension, (Episcopal) Paradise Valley, AZ.
